How Do I Start?
All beginning students take an Introductory Course which consists of one private lesson with a qualified instructor and one group class. It is designed to give you a chance to visit the school, meet the instructor, and learn the benefits of taking Martial Arts. In the Introductory Course you will find out about our cardio-vascular exercise program and how it will increase your endurance and lower your heart rate. We will also show you how to develop your flexibility, and you will be taught some basic self- defense techniques.
